Terms & Conditions
1.1 All payments are to be made in GBP to the bank details provided to the Client by Mana Mumin Makeup Artistry.
Cash in hand will not be accepted.
1.2 A 50% non-refundable retainer fee is required to secure the booking. Until the retainer fee is received, the enquired date will be available to other
potential clients.
1.3 The full balance must be paid seven [7] days prior to the event.
1.4 Failure to pay the balance due may result in the event date being released.
1.5 Bookings made thirty [30] days prior to the event day require full payment immediately to confirm the appointment.
1.6 Email confirmations serve as confirmation of payments received.
1.7 Retainer fees and any money that has been paid towards a booking are non-refundable.
1.8 Services will not be completed if any payment is outstanding. Mana Mumin has the right to cancel the booking five [5] days before the event
if full payment has not been made with no refund and the slot may be claimed by other clients.
1.9 Once the retainer fee/payment is made, the client has agreed to the full list of terms & conditions.
1.10 If additional services are required for the day, payment must be made upfront.
2.1 A standard makeover is 45 minutes.
2.2 A bridal trial is scheduled to last 2 hours maximum.
2.3 Mana Mumin requires a clean, uncrowded and tidy makeup space to display her kit and set up.
2.4 Bridal morning bookings are scheduled for 1.5-2 hours.
2.5 Mana Mumin’s time starts from the time of arrival. Clients should be ready for service at the agreed time.
2.6 All-day bridal makeup package is a maximum of 10 hours from when the makeup artist arrives. Extra fees applicable
2.7 If the client is running behind schedule and the commencement of makeup is delayed, Mana Mumin will not rush the makeover and will not be held responsible for lateness or tardiness
2.8 If the client's schedule is running late and could affect other scheduled bookings for the day, Mana Mumin has the right to leave at the agreed finishing time (which is 1.5-2 hours after arrival).
2.9 Punctuality is crucial. If the client is late, the scheduled finish time will not be extended, and the full service will still be provided within the agreed time frame.
2.10 If the client is more than 15 minutes late or delayed, Mana Mumin has the right to cancel the appointment without issuing a refund.
2.11 Additional time or rescheduling can be booked depending on availability at an additional cost.
2.12 For bookings made within 4 weeks of the event, a 100% payment upfront is required to secure the booking. This policy is in place to ensure that the service is reserved for the client and to avoid any last-minute cancellations.
2.13 Mana will take a reference picture of all clients in case of any disputes or complaints regarding services rendered. This is non-negotiable and covers both parties.
3.1 Any changes/cancellations to an existing booking, inquiry, or this contract must be made in writing and agreed to by all parties. Mana
Mumin has the right to refuse any changes to the existing contracted service without issuing a refund.
3.2 In the event of a cancellation, the retainer fee or payments towards the booking will not be refunded. If cancellation is less than 2
months to the event, the client would need to pay the full amount by the due date.
3.3 Any date changes is subject to the availability of Mana Mumin and will incur a cost.
3.4 Any location or time changes to an existing booking is subject to availability.
3.5 Every effort will be made by Mana Mumin to reschedule the booking however, it cannot be guaranteed.
3.6 Last-minute changes may impact the quality of the service; Mana Mumin will not be responsible for any compromise on quality.
3.7 Should Mana Mumin be unable to perform the contracted service due to illness or unforeseen circumstances, the retainer fee and any
other payment will be refunded, and we will do our best to find a substitute artist for the client.
Mana Mumin cannot be held responsible for any natural disasters that may occur on the day, such as, but not limited to fire, flood,
earthquake or any other natural or human acts.
4.1 Travel and accommodation expenses outside of London (including Essex, Kent & Surrey) are an additional cost to the makeup service.
4.2 The full address will determine the final cost.
4.3 Where accommodation is provided, please ensure that breakfast is provided and that the accommodation is at least a 4* rating
4.4 For all-day bookings, we request that lunch is provided as it would be for a normal
guest and a seat provided somewhere that makes the bride easily accessible for touchups.
Failure to provide lunch will result in an hour’s paid lunch break taken from the total
hours agreed.
